1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods or drops, processing times may increase slightly. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited: 2–4 business days

International Shipping:
Transit time varies by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.

Note: Echo of Arenas is not responsible for international customs delays or fees.


3. Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your package says delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with your neighbors or local post office first. Then contact us at connor@echoofarenas.com.


4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address and the order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot reroute it.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Echo of Arenas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. You are responsible for tracking and securing your delivery location.

We recommend using a secure delivery location or choosing shipping with signature confirmation when available.
