Echo of Arenas Return & Refund Policy

At Echo of Arenas, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or limited-edition drops (unless defective)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at connor@echoofarenas.com, and we’ll make it right.


Return Instructions

  1. Email connor@echoofarenas.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping address and instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
